Understanding of corporate finance, credit process, capital structure and financing options, and the ability to accurately articulate these concepts with senior executives within client and target companies. Discussions include: operating lines, term facilities, acquisition financing, and appropriate introduction to banking teams. Well established business development, negotiation and problem solving skills. Networking strategies to regional leaders and centers of influence.
