Todd is an experienced international business leader and entrepreneur passionate about helping others. He obtained his foundation in business through twenty years of technology sales, where he helped develop new markets from Western Europe, to the Nordics and finally down through Southern Europe and the Balkans. He developed go-to-market plans, created and sold multi-tower solutions, and built high-performing teams.

In the second half of my career, Todd co-founded an IT consulting and Staffing company, which focused on Financial Services and Healthcare IT. Todd oversaw all functions of the business, including Sales, Finance, Operations, and Growth strategies. The business ultimately grew from 0 to 20M in revenues, with over 100 employees. In February of 2023, he exited the business through a transaction.

Todd resides in Great Falls, Virginia, with his wife and 18 year-old twin children.
