Capital Youth Empowerment Program (CYEP) is a 501c3 nonprofit organization committed to providing targeted communities with unique parenting classes and programming that address fatherhood and teen HIV/AIDS and pregnancy prevention. The organization was founded to confront and develop solutions to the various issues of the fatherless home and to enhance the lives of youth through life skill education, career planning and development. CYEP combines private and public resources to unite families and empower children to reach their full potential.
