Welcome to CYEP’s Summer of STEM

Capital Youth Empowerment Program (CYEP) aims to transform lives, communities, and industries by empowering communities, families, and youth with the necessary resources to advance, achieve, and inspire. 

CYEP’s STEM programming combines evidence-based curricula and experiential-style learning with a client-centered, strength-focused approach. We desire to meet our clients where they are and provide supportive programming and resources to meet their needs. With a focus on unity, CYEP empowers experienced and culturally competent staff, mentors, and volunteers to deliver programming through the support of carefully-crafted industry relationships. CYEP STEM will explore different avenues with youth and young adults in the STEM education space as we aim to prepare them for future careers.
