Mr. McGraw is an experienced executive and entrepreneurial leader with over 20+ years of experience with Fortune 500 management consulting companies (i.e., KPMG, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Accenture) bridging the gaps between technology and program management functions for Federal clients. He has a successful track record of managing large-scale engagements, incrementally growing scope on projects and strategically connecting the dots so clients can meet their mission objectives.

Prior to joining NetImpact Strategies, he served as the Federal Director of Technology Enablement and Program Delivery Services at KPMG. He is an active non-profit member of the Board of Directors for Melwood and the Capital Youth Empowerment Program (CYEP). As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Schedule Professional (PMI-SP), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and ITIL, he leads our FinCen market of engagements and opportunities. Mr. McGraw holds a BA in Economics from the University of Maryland and MS in Information Systems Technology from George Washington University.
