Walter Barnes, III is the President of PM Consulting Group LLC, a project management consulting firm that serves Government and commercial clients in the areas of project control, earned value management, and business management. He obtained his Bachelors of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia and his Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from The George Washington University in Washington, DC. Mr. Barnes is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. and has a variety of interests ranging from coaching youth sports to investing in real estate.
