Leonard Bean is a native of Florence, Alabama. He grew up in Birmingham, Alabama and graduated from Homewood High School. Upon graduating from high school Leonard joined the United States Air Force in which he served four years which included deployments to Europe and the Middle East. After honorably fulfilling his military obligation, Leonard returned to Alabama and attended University of North Alabama with B.S in Computer Information Systems.

Leonard currently works in Quality Assurance for The Boeing Defense, Space and Security division. In addition he serves as a Site Chairperson for Boeings Potomac Reach Group in which he is tasked with enriching the Boeing employee experience in the first five years by offering opportunities for professional development, community involvement, and expanded networks.

Leonard resides in Elkridge, Md. His interest includes motorsports, art, high end technology, travel and cooking. Leonard also enjoys summer cookouts and spending time with family and friends.
